Abstract

Abstract: The pandemic that is plaguing the world and the vulnerabilities that this has exposed, companies to turn their analysis to emergency logistics matters. Which raises the concern with humanitarian logistics, which operates along same models of this emergency logistics at all the time, however, it does not have enough attention in terms of resources and research, especially in the poorest countries. A logistic more responsive and flexible is a need, however due to the complexity and randomness of events, generic mathematical models are not efficiently applied. The present work seeks to present a logical sequence that allows objective function generation, to be solved through optimization in order to present an analysis that guides in decision making aiming to optimize logistical costs.
