The article discusses the literature review on the concept of Spirituality, displacing it from its function strictly linked to religiosity to be thought of as a dimension aimed at the construction of an institutional ecology in the public service. The article discusses the different ways of conceiving spirituality and religion. From this sphere, the article addresses the construction of paths that make it possible to think about the public service, the organizational climate, based on ecological-affective values and how these values directly interfere in the welfare of public servants and the quality of public service. to the citizen. The article problematizes the concept of spirituality that can be extended and directed to the well-being of human beings and in the construction of a vital collective life. The methodology used was based on qualitative exploratory research. The researched literature leads to the sense that spirituality should not be understood as something apart, or that it would need rituals or special sacred places. It is concluded that the dimension "spirituality" is an experience that can be developed from an institutional care extended to the care of others and communities. A spirituality woven by an affective-collective ecology.
