Process management has been consolidated as a modern management system, capable of guiding an organization's decision-making and optimizing the performance of its main processes. The objective of this work is to point out the impact caused in the commercial sector of an interior design company, from the implementation of an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning). ERP is an integrated online management system that is easy to access, which allows you to follow each step of all processes in real-time and to intervene proactively in the optimization of results. As a methodological procedure, a case study was carried out, in which the results obtained were analyzed directly with the expectations of improvements described by the authors. Results shows that with the implementation of ERP, the company's commercial sector achieved significant gains to not only regarding the management of processes and information, and in technical and operational improvements.
