ESTUDO DE IMPLANTAÇÃO DA MANUTENÇÃO BASEADA EM RISCO NUMA EMPRESA DE COMÉRCIO E DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE COMBUSTÍVEIS

Abstract

This work presents concepts of risk-based maintenance (RBM) for the development of a maintenance plan and through a case study, carried out in storage tanks of a large company that distributes flammable fuels, the application of this methodology is proposed. Data from the FMECA analysis of a similar company were consulted to identify the main failure modes of the storage tank components and from them, the risks were calculated considering people, property and financial losses, the environment and equipment operability. The risk acceptance criterion was defined and maintenance proposals were made in order to keep the overall risk of the equipment involved within the acceptable range.
