ANÁLISE DE FATORES QUE INFLUENCIAM NO PLANEJAMENTO E CONTROLE DA PRODUÇÃO DE UMA EMPRESA DE MANUTENÇÃO DE MOTORES NO MUNICÍPIO DE MACAÉ

Abstract

The present work brings a case study applied in a company located in the municipality of Macaé/RJ operating in the segment of machinery, more specifically performing engine reforms. The research aimed to perform the analysis of the main factors that influence the department of production planning and control, seeking the optimization of the production process, passing through: verify how production planning and control (PPC) is carried out, identifying the main factors that generate bottlenecks in production; investigate about the main factors identified as causing bottlenecks in production; and finally, diagnose possible measures that can minimize such bottlenecks found. Once the actions presented were constituted, together with the support and disruptive monitoring of a representative of the PPC sector of the company under study, it was possible to elaborate a significant amount of action plans corresponding to the operational reality of the company, aiming to make it more efficient and competitive before its competitors.
